Martin BAGINSKI

Director of Operations

Martin is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the business. Professional operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This requires an enormous amount of logistical planning and oversight, so his responsibilities are too many to list here. Most significantly, Martin manages all of Professional’s resources: staffing levels, employee schedules, inventory, vehicle acquisition and fleet maintenance, and the daily flow of trips. Martin is also responsible for the company’s billing and compliance programs. He relies on a sophisticated suite of integrated software to oversee and audit the company’s revenue streams.

“Working with our crew of EMT’s. Since I’m usually here 60+ hours a week, I want to work with people I can get to know and like. As a paramedic myself, I’m particularly passionate about training. I make sure that every employee is engaged in continuing education. I want everyone to feel on the top of their game when they roll out of base.”

Martin is a glutton for punishment. When he’s not at Professional, he’s training for a triathlon or scaling and mountaineering up some of the country’s most formidable peaks.

Brenda BAGINSKI

Chief Financial Officer

Brenda is charged with overseeing the Professional’s financial health and future. A CPA by trade, Brenda has become an expert in small‐business cash‐flow management. She ensures the company meets all its obligations, without sacrificing steady capital expenditures for facility improvement, technology upgrades and vehicle replacement. As part of those responsibilities, she manages the collections team and oversees the daily execution of the company’s compliance program. She is a nationally certified coder and an industry expert on ambulance billing regulations.

Brenda is a world‐class baker. She’s best known around the office for her banana‐bread muffins and chocolate chip cookies which she brings in almost every week for all to share.
